Discounts on volume purchases

For purchases of 15 copies or more receive a 10% discount.

My book has arrived with the cover or the inside misprinted

If you consider that the error has occurred during printing, please email some images to support@bubok.co.uk, which clearly indicate the error, we'll reprint your book corrected as soon as possible and with no additional cost to you.

How can I buy a book?

To buy a book you should enter to our bookstore via this link:

If you are in our website, you should click on the link that is on the top of the screen "Bookstore"

Search for the book that you're looking for.

Click on the button "BUY" to add the book into your shopping cart.

The book will be added to your shopping cart and you will be directed to complete the purchaser Information, you need to fill out all the boxes

Choose the shipping method.

Choose the payment method that you prefer

Fill out all the purchaser information, choose the shipping method you want and select the payment method. You can pay for your order with credit card (Visa or Mastercard), by Paypal or via bank transfer. After you have accepted our terms and conditions just click on the button "complete your order". Next you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and it will also contain information on how to track your order.

How can I use the forums?

Once you are a registered user, you can access the forums and write your comments, questions, criticisms and ideas to share with other members of the Bubok community. At the top of the page you'll find the link "forums". Click here and enter. There are several sections of forums, support, reviews, services ... go where you want. Once there, you can read the user topics and comment on them, or if you prefer create a new topic by clicking the button at the bottom of all the comments that says "New Topic".

Why my book doesn't appear when I search for the name of the author?

Be sure you have entered your name correctly in your personal data. If it doesn't appear, send us an email to support@bubok.co.uk.

Do my book need an ISBN and LD?

Under current rules, if you want to profit from the sale of your work, you must have an ISBN. This is also required, to allow your book to be distributed outside Bubok and entered into the commercial book market. An unique ISBN can also be used to distinguish the different versions of your book, customers will always be sure that they are buying the right edition.

ISBNs are not for serials publications (magazines, newsletters, etc.). If you are publishing a product with these characteristics (for example, a monthly literary newsletter), consider getting an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number). ISSNs are for print, electronic or web material that is produced continuously and serial. Your title should use the same name with the exception of the number of volume.

If you want to sell your book at cost or for free download then it is not necessary that you have an ISBN.
