The story is about Ollie, a young pigeon, who goes on a mission to find his sister Piper. She is among the many missing pigeon children of London, and unimpressed by the parent’s efforts in finding them, he takes off on his own to find his sister. What he discovers is that pigeon children are being hypnotized by the evil raven king, Harmgrieve, in the Tower of London. Ollie meets a young sparrow named Spencer, and together they combine their efforts to save Piper and the other pigeons.
